how does the home inspection process work?

Once your home inspection is scheduled you will receive an email (at the email address you provided) that will include your inspection agreements. These agreements need to be signed before the inspection. On the day & time of the inspection the inspector will begin inspecting the exterior and interior of the property. At the conclusion of the inspection you are welcome to meet the inspector to go over the findings. Once the inspector completes the inspection report you will receive a digital report of the findings at the email you provided.

It is important to understand that a home does not pass or fail an inspection. Every home is going to have some areas of improvement. Even new construction! Our goal is to make you aware of these areas of improvement. You decide if it's your dream home!

Inspections are 3-4 hours. Depending on the size and age of the property these times may vary.
